Individual Therapy for
Teens & Tweens

We know growing up today can be overwhelming. Between school, friendships, and social media, many teens & tweens feel anxious or unsure of where they belong. In adolescent therapy, we work with teens & tweens to build coping skills, strengthen confidence, and improve communication with family and peers — all in a safe, supportive space.

Our six-week PC Care program is designed to help caregivers and children ages 2–10 strengthen their relationships and reduce stress at home. In our playful, low-pressure sessions, we provide real-time coaching and simple tools to manage challenging behaviors and deepen your connection with your child. We’ll be with you at every step as you build stronger, more joyful interactions together.

Play is a child’s natural language—it offers a way for them to process emotions, share their inner world, and learn with new ways of relating to others. With child therapy, children can practice important social and emotional skills, explore feelings in a safe environment, and build resilience, all in fun, play based sessions.

Relationships can bring deep joy, but can also go through periods of stress, conflict, and disconnection. Rooted in The Gottman Method, we use evidenced based approaches with couples to strengthen their connection and foster a partnership in addressing challenges. Think ‘us against the problem’ as opposed to ‘us against each other.’

Our therapy groups are thoughtfully designed to provide both emotional support and practical tools. Whether we’re focusing on challenges like anxiety or depression, or learning healthy ways to process emotions like grief or anger, our groups offer a space where you can feel understood and less alone. Using evidence-based approaches, we guide you in healing while building connection, insight, and resilience together.
